Vendor Information

Approximately 10’ x 10’ space for the entire show will be $165. Since our space is limited no discount can be applied for multiple spaces
Tables and chairs can be rented. They are not included for this event. Please indicate your needs so we can make these arrangements before setup.
Electricity is also included and no additional fees apply. Please specify if outlets are required in your area. Ample power is available for this event but proper arrangements may be required prior to show start
Limited setup assistance will be available for those vendors that require it
Setup is on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:00PM
Load in times will be arranged before the event. If you prefer a specific time please indicate that time on the registration form. We will do our best to accomodate these requests
Free show passes for your employees are as follows:
- 1 space - 2 passes
- 2 spaces - 3 passes
- 3 or more spaces - 4 passes
Make sure to include the names of these people on your registration form so we can print the badges in advance
