Vendor Information
- Approximately 10’ x 10’ space for the entire show will be $100. Since our space is limited no discount can be applied for multiple spaces
- Required tables and chairs are included for this event. Table dimensions will be provided. Please indicate your needs so we can make these arrangements before setup
- Electricity is also included and no additional fees apply. Please specify if outlets are required in your area. Ample power is available for this event but proper arrangements may be required prior to show start
- Limited setup assistance will be available for those vendors that require it
- Early setup prior to Friday is available and certainly encouraged. Those of a local nature who wish can take advantage of a Thursday setup for example. We have access to the hall the entire week prior to show start. Scheduling assistance is important so please let us know how we can help fulfill your needs
- Load in times will be arranged before the event. If you prefer a specific time please indicate that time on the registration form. We will do our best to accomodate these requests
- Free show passes for your employees are as follows:
- 1 space - 2 passes
- 2 spaces - 3 passes
- 3 or more spaces - 4 passes
